Second issue of this cut and paste hardcore-punk fanzine that focuses on the youth crew revival genre features lengthy and insightful interviews with Alert, Outlast, Second Combat, True Colors, Truth Inside, and artist extraordinaire, Jay Jacoby. There are also some well-written columns about the importance of communication, recording, and sincerity in the hardcore-punk community.
